Plastic Cards - Rush Services & Turn Around Time

We know how important it is to have your marketing tools ready and on time for your next trade show or discount event.

Turnaround

Our standard lead time is approximately 10 business days, 5 to 7 days after approval of the proof. This is based on print ready artwork submitted based on our design specifications. If you are not submitting print ready artwork, lead times may be longer. For customers in need of a faster turnaround, we offer rush services as well.

Below you will find a list of our rush turn around services:

  • 5 Business Days......................$55.00
  • 3 Business Days......................$95.00
  • 1 Business Days......................$175.00

Keep in mind that all rush and standard turnaround times are based on how fast we receive the PDF or hard copy proof approval from the customer. Turnaround time is calculated in business days and excludes Holidays. For weekend and holiday order submissions, turnaround time starts on the next business day. All orders placed or proofs approved after 2:00 pm eastern standard time will be handled the following business day.

The Plastic Card Center understands that you need your card order in a timely manner. In order to keep your turnaround time to a minimum, here are some things you can do to make sure that your order is arrives on time:

  1. When submitting artwork, make sure that it is set-up according to our design specifications
  2. Timely response to the PDF proof or hard copy proof
  3. Make sure you have included any important information like barcode, variable data, and magnetic encoding information to complete your card order

Remember that our turnaround time does not include your shipping time, so please account for the additional days based on the shipping service that you have selected. We work with FedEx and they do not guarantee ground shipments, so if you have a specific timeline, you may want to consider a second day or priority overnight shipment.

All delivery days and production times are an approximation and not a guarantee. Your order may arrive late due to delays in delivery service, bad weather, equipment failure, seasonal delays or other unforeseen problems.
