To ensure that all of our mailing lists are as up-to-date and accurate as possible, we run them through CASS and NCOA. CASS stands for Coding Accuracy Support System, which makes sure that your list is accurate and that it meets the post office standards. The NCOA is the National Change of Address that ensures you reach the maximum number of customers on your list.

If you are providing us with your own list, make sure you follow the mailing list guidelines for list submissions. Make sure you have your database as clean and organized as possible that will help you save time, money and reduce the waste of mailing pieces. After your list is processed by CASS and NCOA, we will require you to sign a release form for us to be able to use your contact information. Your information will NOT be shared or used by anybody else but you.

One Time Use Vs. Multiple Use

Another decision you need to make is how many times you would like to use the list you purchase from us. All lists are available for one time use or unlimited use for one year at a higher cost. It all depends on what marketing strategy you would like to target your potential customers. If you decide to purchase a mailing list for one time use only, you will not receive a copy of the list. However, if you purchase a multiple use list, we will keep the list in file for your future use and a copy of the list will be sent to you via e-mail.
