  • What are the benefits of using your mailing services?
    We do all the work for you making it easier than ever to design, print and send a mailing.

    The benefits are:
    • Convenience of an all in one service.
    • Save money by avoiding shipping charges.
    • Easily upload your mailing list or purchase one from us.
    • Upload your postcard design or have our designers create the perfect card for you.
  • What is the minimum amount of cards I can send?
    250 cards is the minimum amount you can send to qualify for a First Class presorted discount and Standard (Bulk) rate discount.
  • How will I be billed for your mailing services?
    After we have received your mailing list and input it into our postal software, we will send you a postage statement outlining all of your costs. You can expect this approximately three days after we have received or purchased your mailing list.
  • What is the difference between First Class and Standard (Bulk) Mail?
    First Class Mail takes less time to deliver than Standard (Bulk) Mail. First Class Mail Delivery is usually delivered in 3-5 days nationally and 1-3 days in Florida and the Southeast U.S. In addition to the quicker delivery time your First Class Mail will be returned to you if the addresses are non-deliverable.

    Standard (Bulk) Mail Delivery has a cheaper postage rate but longer delivery times. Typically, your mail will be delivered in 10-14 days nationally and 4-6 days in Florida and the Southeast U.S. Lastly the USPS will NOT return the mail that is addressed incorrectly.
  • As part of my mailing list do I have to include the 4 digits with the zip code?
    No, you do not. Our postal software handless that for you and will check your addresses against the USPS database to make sure it is deliverable and will add on the 4 digits to your zip codes.
  • How can I eliminate people that have moved so I don’t waste postage?
    Once we input your list in to our postal software program your addresses will automatically be checked against the National Change of Address file to update any addresses that have changed within the past 18-48 months.
  • What if I do not have a mailing list of my own?
    No problem. At the Plastic Card Factory we can purchase a list for you based on your specifications.
  • I have heard the term "seed list" what is it?
    To seed your list means to add additional names and addresses such as your own. This is done to see how long it takes for the mailing to arrive and also to provide a sample of the mailing to specific individuals.
  • Am I allowed to send a portion of my mailing list internationally?
    Yes, we just ask that you send us a separate list with your international addresses and do not mix them with the domestic ones.
